Camera Glitch or Meteorological Feature

    Hi all.

    I was deleting photos on my phone and just noticed this. Is this a camera glitch or meteorological feature? The camera does seem to be moving in second photo?

    Looking at the second photo, there seems to be a correlation between the light "anomaly" and the pole to extreme right of picture?
