After a Revenue audit, Revenue cancelled the VAT registration and several k was paid in VAT, with penalties which I know are not allowable as an expense, but what about the VAT.

It went back two years so do I restate the two years accounts?

The reason for cancellation was that trade was deemed to be carried out off shore so place of business was not Ireland

    Thanks as always
