I’ve done a search & don’t see any posts too recent, looking for an A4, seem to be mainly Japanese imports, if anyone has any recent (last year or two) personal experience of dealing / purchasing with them, I’d appreciate your input

    Thanks

Did you ever get any feedback on Kylemore cars or buy from them in the end?

I made contact with them, didn’t have exactly what we were looking for at the time & something suitable popped up with Audi Drogheda so nope, can’t really comment on them too much, bit of a whiff of a hard sell off them

    I wouldn’t recommend them.
Their salespeople are very "nice," but the trade-in valuation is a joke.
We tried to trade in a Vitz with them two years ago, and they offered €3,000, while the main dealer offered €5,500.
The shop where we bought the car (Easyautos, which is no longer in business) offered €6,700.
I posted some photos and sold it for €6,500 to the first person who messaged me.

Also, some friends bought a Honda Vezel, and after one week, the car broke down. It took over a month to fix it.

Kylemore bring a lot of cars from Japan auctions and put them on sale as is not even bothered to clean or service , go test drive a few cars and you will notice this. Few cars that are inside the show room are in better condition but there are only a few .

All dealers get their cars from Japanese auctions. Thats not a problem. They have their own service centre on the Longmile Road so they obviously service their cars. Probably only before handing them over to customers. I imagine they’re just like most other dealers now, using third party warranty etc

They are probably as close to a UK car supermarket as you will get over here. They are a no frills setup and services that regular car dealers would include would could cost extra with them.

There was a program on RTE about them a year or two ago. I think a holiday was the prize on offer to the sales staff member who sold the most cars in a certain time frame.

And they have a no haggle policy which is reminiscent of UK car supermarkets also
