Hi, as we all know the price of household bills are crippling at the moment. I've noticed something that looks wrong. So I am with prepay electrical Ireland. And the thing is in may 2022 the vat rate wend down to 9% from 13.5% untill. 31st Oct 2023. But when I look back on my confirmation emails they all still say 13.5% for all the transactions? It looks like they never dropped the vat? Does anyone know anything about this? I hope I'm right if I am they have been overcharging for about 2 years. Thanks

what has it to do with Electric Ireland? - or do you mean "Pre-Pay Power"

Calculate the vat @ 9% and see if it matches the figure
