Routers you can put your SIM card in?

I'm using a phone hotspot as a router to link to my wifi cameras.

But I think an actual router may give better coverage and connection?

Is it possible to get a router than I can just put my mobile SIM card into and it will use the SIM data, instead of having to subscribe and get a router specific to one provider?

And what would I be looking at, cost wise?

Any budget friendly place to pick one up?
