Wondering what opinions when it's time to scrap the car?

I've a 2010 Mondeo and having many recent issues such as brakes, cv joint, possibly engine and wheel problems.

Don't want it to become a money pit but suppose if I can spend a few hundred on repairs and get a other six months it might be worth it.

Anyone else come to a point when they just had to scrap. Or stories of spending and car keeps going?

Send it into a garage for an inspection and ask them to give a quote and cost to repair the issues, then weigh up your options.

IMO paying to repair a car is cheaper than buying another car.

Better the devil you know. And you'll have a car with some new parts.
