Main water pipe connection size

Hi all l have a lead water main from the new water meter out on the road. we want too replace it with pvc pipe. what size pipe would we need too connect too the water meter out on the road ? thanks

I'd go with 25mm or 1 inch.

I went it 25 mm in the end.
now just too get Irish water too connect it for me
