Unfortunately not when it comes to certain Allowances, you must be Habitually Resident in the Republic.

Ah okay, I thought that the uk gov pay pension / maybe fuel allowance to uk people who live abroad as inEU

maybe Ireland paid fuel allowance to someone who has retired to NI

anyway thanks for your replies , I’m very appreciative
