Underfloor Heating Issues

We had underfloor heating installed a year ago and this winter it seems like in one room it warms up, but in the other it is patchy and cooler. Does anyone know if I need a thermal imaging camera/sensor to confirm a problem or is there an easier/cheaper way to try to work out what's going on? It's a Tiemme DRY low thermal inertia radiant system.

Are the loops the same size?

I'd start with increasing flow rate on the colder loop. It can be adjusted on the manifold.

    Bigger loops require more flow.
