Dropbox App not opening in Windows 10

    I have the Dropbox app on my Taskbar on two Windows 10 computers.

    I also have the app on my iPhone.

    The iPhone app is working. I click on it and it opens revealing the files.

    On the two Windows machines, I can access Dropbox and my files via a browser.

    But, the app in both taskbars will not open when I click on it. If I click on it and then open Task Manager, there are Dropbox applications running. Selecting them and closing them and then reopening Dropbox by clicking on the app doesn't work.

    Any ideas?

    Did you try:

    sign out/ sign in

    Uninstall / reinstall

    To be aware - free DB only allow x3 device installs/association

    check and manage devices https://www.dropbox.com/account/security
