I have a coffee machine that the grinding motor has stopped working. Anyone know how to test it or where to get it repaired? New one wild expensive 🫰🫰

If you plug the whole unit out, is the burr grinder still turning freely by hand?

No, the grinder doesn't turn by hand. 🤷🤷

Ask in the coffee & tea forum, giving the make and model of the machine.

Is it not covered under warranty ? Nothing stuck inside to jam it?

Unfortunately not on both counts. I think it got jammed and others kept pressing the start button.🤦🤦

It sounds like it's jammed. I'd disassemble the burrs to check.
