    There's no doubt, aging sucks.

    Worst part of being an earthly organism IMO.

    He claims, it's basically "how you feel, your emotion, reflected in how you look".

    "If you feel youthful and happy and positive, it will show through in your appearance".

    Interesting take.

    I have no doubt he takes insanely good care of himself in every other way.

    Still looks the part. Maybe it does come down to self care? But I think a lot of self care is based in mentality, or emotional wellness, as dude above seems to think?
