Timber depth for noggins

I need to strengthen an upstairs floor with extra noggins and a single extra joist along the wall. I measured the existing joists and they are 220mm deep give or take a millimetre or two, either way. Width is 45mm. The stamp on the timber says TR26. I'm a bit confused when looking online at timber as I'm seeing 220mm and 225mm mentioned. What should I ask for in the hardware shop to get closest to what I have? C16 9x2 rough?
