New PS5 remote sound problem.

    Hello everyone, I'm looking for help for my son.

    His new PS5 was working fine and he was able to use his PS5 controller to chat to and hear his friends playing Fortnite through the controller.

    But one day last week something came up about internet connection and his friends talking scrambled and ever since he cannot chat with or hear his friends even tho he is playing online with them.

    I have checked YouTube videos and copied everything they say to do and all seems fine on the system.


    I'd really appreciate any help.
