all, as ops manger for small Irish company working in the area of recruitment, we have possibilty of taking on a client in UK whereby we would source UK personnel to work in UK but be employees of our company, we're talking 3 month contracts, possibly longer.

Would like to know our options from a tax and legal perspective

    We have Irish Limited company

We also have UK limited company but this is whilly owne subsidiary of Irish company.

We haven't operated anything out of UK subsidiary as of yet.

Should we/Can we: employ these people though our Irish company, albeit setup a UK bank account, and pay all releavnt taxes in Ireland

Should we: employ these people through UK subsidiary, and apply for UK VAT , etc. and pay all relevant taxes in UK
