    I’m on reduced hours for the winter and claiming part time jobseeker allowance.

    I just tried to submit my declaration of hours worked but I get Apologies, an error has occurred .

    it was like this for the previous two declarations. I was told last week at the local Welfare branch office that this was caused by the the system not being able to handle the handle the workload before Christmas.

    I find hard to believe that it has been fixed yet so I am wondering if maybe it was fixed but just not working on my Apple phone or laptop. Is everyone getting the same errors?

    or is it just not work on Apple’s OS ?

    or is it something else?

    It has been working fine for me over Christmas and indeed this morning on a variety of devices. I have used an Windows based computer, Xiaomi Pad 6 Android tablet and a Xiaomi 13T Pro Android phone with no issues.

    No trees were harmed in the posting of this message, however a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

    Someone tried it for me on their Mac and iPhone last week and was getting the error page so maybe the problem is a new incompatibility with Apple.

    I can find a windows machine later.

    Thank you. You have saved me from being losing six hours of my day tomorrow going to the branch in person.

    Does any know if deleting an in progress declaration removed it completely or can I start it again?

    There is seems to be something wrong with my account even though the local branch office my account was all in order.

    I’m wondering if it this in progress declaration
