Ryanair query - re: 3rd party booking..

booked a holiday with love holidays.. flying with Ryanair.. Have had to go thru' a verification process before being able to check in.. waiting for that to be approved... used the standard method.. as oppose to a snazzy method one would have to pay for.. can't backtrack.. flying on Wed... grr.. anyone else been thru this?…

flying with Ryanair..

I booked on their app a couple of weeks ago and they wanted my passport and face profile before payment. Why i dont know. A couple of days later i booked my parents ti spain and it didnt ask (their ryanair app acount)
