Site between Longwood and Trim

What is going on on the site on the left between Longwood and Trim (as you are travelling from Longwood to Trim). It seems to be in a bog and there are no houses around there. There are a lot of diggers and Bulldozers in place. Works have been ongoing for the last couple of months so it must be a big project
