DIY Bathroom reno: Grossfillex/acryllic panels vs tiles

    Has anyone used grossfillex?

This is my first bathroom reno. I know one of the benefits is you can glue the panels straight onto the tile, but I'm more inclined to removed the tile, check for any damage/rot and if needed replace walls and floors with OSB and glue panels on.

Is that enough for waterproof, it seems too simple? Are there disadvantages?

For the floor, same thing, OSB underfloor and then waterproof laminate flooring on top. Do I need to use levelling compound on the floor (upstairs)?

What are the advantages/disadvantages vs tiles?

    Thanks
