I was thinking about this during the week and even more so when Conan O Brien did the Irish names thing on the LLS.

I'm a fan of comedy and love smart well thought out writing. It has always been there but the surge in social media "comedians", influencers and shite banter radio have made comedy as broad and as lowest common denominator than ever.

Some things just need to be never talked about or expanded on ever again.

"OMG how is Siobhan not spelled with a V?!!!! Irish names eh?"

I've heard this bit about five million time by two million comedians.

There's a great stretch in the evening. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha.

People making a big deal about Die-Hard being a Christmas movie. They are akin to Guinness drinkers in terms of making a personality out of it. OK OK it's a Christmas movie. You are so interesting.

"...........Remember hearing the Glenroe theme. Ahhhhhhh my homework".

    Something something THE immersion.

Someone from the right saying something like, "triggered?" When you bring up something like conservatives cancelling food programmes for poor kids.

Or "snowflake". That can get in the bin.

The irony being that those on the right crib and moan and whine constantly, but they can't see it.

(And, before you ask, yes, yes I am 🤣)
