vrt question

    Am i right in thinking a car imported from scotland,wales,emgland and ni are all customs duty exempt if they are pre january 2021 reg . Obviously still liable for vrt and nox levy though . I'm after a nice 320 d estate but its slim pickings here you see.

    I Don't think so 🤔 .think car need to be Registered in North ireland before 2019 to be vat and duty exempt
