Hi Just wondering would you have to pay stamp duty as well as inheritance tax if you inherited land off a family member?

No. Not on inherited land.
On inter vivos transfers - yes. But then you'd be looking at either consanguinity relief or young trained farmer relief if applicable.

You are posting on the wrong forum. You'd be better off asking these things over on the F&F forum where posters would know these things rather than here.
