Exercise classes for seniors - Beaumont / Artane area

    Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows of any exercise classes suitable for an older person (late 70s) in the above area?

    Artane Coolock Family Resource centre on Gracefield Rd have chair exercise. I think the Artane Beaumont Recreation centre (beside the Castle) have things like that too.
