H1B with Irish 3 year Bachelor's degree?

    Hi everyone,

    According to the web page below

    If the Applicant obtained the degree overseas, or it is not a four-year bachelor’s degree, an education evaluation must be completed to verify that through education or experience the Applicant has the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.

    Will a 3 year ordinary Irish Bachelor's degree be found equivalent to the standard 4 year USA Bachelor's degree please? ...or the requirement is a 4 year Irish Honours degree?

    I'm struggling to find authentic information on this.
