GMAT - What resources do you recommend?

I was wondering if anyone here is studying/has studied for the GMAT exam? What resources did you find useful and which do you recommend? I see a lot of people recommend TTP but it's very expensive and sometimes I feel like I am reading an advertisement when looking through user reviews. :)
