    Hi fellow Mac users..

    Recently I purchased a MacBook Air M1... quick question I have is do I need an antivirus software installed on the Mac. If so, are there any free ones I can use?

    They say no, just be careful with email and downloads. I've never had one on my Mac

    I've used Avast & Malwarebytes.......and they do prevent problems over the years. Both free versions.
