Calls and sound keeps dropping on Whats app and calls ( Redmi Note 11 Pro)

Whatsapp voicenotes drop sound after 3 -5 seconds and have same issue when record videos. Outbound calls cut out once call answered on regular call but seems to be working ok on whatsapp calls. Tried rebooting phone and also removing sim card etc but still no joy. Anyone able shed nay light for me on what would cause this…
