TESCO SIM KIDS XPLORA WATCH

    I got my son an xplora watch for Xmas. I got a tesco sim and it's working fine. However when I try to set up the tesco app with his number they need to send a message to verify the number but the watch cannot accept the message. I cannot set up the app on my phone because tesco does not recognise my three number. I want to have the app to top up and check balance etc. Does anyone have advice?

    Same problem! Anyone get sorted as have a voucher here and no way of using it.

    Take the sim card out and put it in a mobile phone. Complete the registration on the phone. Once completed, put the sim back into the watch.
