Hi folks,
Might not be a plumbing question. Our nest thermostat has been installed maybe 5 years now - worked pretty well but last month or so it randomly appears offline in the Nest App - it still works fine on the wall, we can physically call for heat by turning it up - and once we do it appears again in the app pretty much straight away. Schedules work so if we have the heat set to warm for a certain time thats all good to. Nothing changes on the wifi networking side of things recently. Nest support are hopeless. Apps/Software up to date.
