Amended Tax Return Submitted, Still Waiting

I applied for tax relief (tuition fees) for 2020 about six weeks ago, had to amend my tax return from that year and upload my receipts. Logged a subsequent MyEnquiry two weeks ago and still nothing. I would have expected an updated statement of liability by now. Anybody know if this is usually the time it takes?

Takes about 2 days normally. If it hasn't processed, then there's either some system issue with it or its being manually reviewed. At this time of year, you could be waiting for quite a while.

As a business owner, I have made various submissions through 'My Enquiry' and rarely got a reply within a month. I even had one query marked 'completed', without ever getting a reply at all. I find it pretty useless.

Thank you both, I suspect it's gone for a manual review. I've a current underpayment from 2021 and other things so it's probably at the bottom of somebody's pile. I might give it until February before pushing it further.
