I acknowledge the ember 8 would do my job here but I want to keep the mains stats that is including the tank stat.
I don’t need to be able to set or ability to read temperatures are once they are set that’s it. If guests want to turn up or down stats that’s their preference.
It’s the ability to turn on heating and hot water a few hours in advance of guests checking in and off then as they check out.
I was looking at a sonoff 4 switch which would suffice.
