Hi I've a Triax TSC 114

I'm getting Saorview channels but not getting Satalite channels except sky news and the channels I'm not getting I'm getting INVALID INPUT message, please could someone help, Thanks, Happy New year, 😇

Was the dish working before now? Possibly moved or damaged in strong winds

Was the dish used for Sky Q? Sky Q LNBs (the yoke on the dish arm) are not compatible with FTA boxes.

Sky News is also on Saorview so you may not be getting any satellite channels at all.

Your satellite dish might be out of alignment or not compatible as suggested above. You will need to scan for the satellite channels separately, from the SAORVIEW channels (Irish channels), look up the Traix TSC 114 manual, it should tell you how to do this.

Yes the dish was working

I previously had sky and box, then cancelled it, ordered Triax, it worked on all channels, then TV I disconnected, then reconnected it and did Factory reset, now can't get Sat Channels says INVALID INPUT, ok Thanks everyone for helping,

It was checked and in alignment

If it was Sky Q it will not work with that box. Also check your connections carefully. It is easy to bend the centre wire inside the plug and look out for stray strands of the outer mesh shorting the plug too.
