Problem with Joules Air to Water Heating

    Having issues with our air to water heating system. The thermostat is set to 20C and the temp is at 17.7C. It’s calling for heat but the underfloor heating isn’t doing anything. The radiators upstairs are though. Thermostat is downstairs. Any ideas why the underfloor isn’t heating up? Thanks

    Are the UFH and radiators on separate circulation pumps?

    If so, could be the UFH pump has stopped.

    Otherwise best try to speak with Joule technical support
