    Hi just a query in relation to a photo frame dimension. So we got family photos taken and framed a few years ago and also got them again recently and we wanted them both the same size. The photographer asked us to measure the previous photo frame but the dimensions were to be taken from the back of the frame , from the inner edges of the frame. Which we did. Is that the normal way to measure a frame for a replica. Photographer has now given us a new photo and frame which has the dimensions we gave, from outer to outer which obviously makes it smaller than the original. They claim we measured incorrectly.
