Rent increase

    Hi All,

    Have a house rented. to the same tenants since 2013, charge 850 per month, never increased it, house in rent pressure zone, how much can I increase the rent to.

    2% with the appropriate lead in time or them to be aware of rent increase.

    it’s an unfortunate situation for you. Though I know many will say otherwise.

    More like 21 percent I think! You need to check the RPZ calculator.

    RTB calculator says 19.6% allowable (so max 1017) for a first review since 2013.

    Double check these figures and make sure the increase notice is fully valid in all the other ways before issuing.

    False. Others will say otherwise because you are incorrect


    he can apply retrospective increases.


    assuming it was last increased on the 1/12/13 you can increase it to: €1,019
