Where to get kitchen doors made?

Long story short we have a kitchen from Ikea which was just lower cabinets with 70cm door heights. Added upper cabinets later on but Ikea had changed the cabinets so upper doors are 80cm high. We plan to change things but don't want to rip everything out. Is there anywhere that makes doors to ordered sizes?
