I have a Kinetico Aqua Blue Water softener and the salt blocks are not dissolving in it. However the water from the tap does not have lime in it. Does this mean that the water isn't limey anymore? Because when we turned off the water softener before the water always had lime in it. Is the water softener able to detect if…
