Well baked slice pan or batch in Dublin possible?

Are there and other brands of sliced bread other than Brennans, Johnston Mooney, pat the baker or Lidl and Aldi brands that sell well baked slice pans primarily or even batch in supermarket's in Dublin?. I don't buy Brennans because for a long time I find it's just under baked and similar can be said for the others…

I don't buy Brennans because for a long time I find it's just under baked and similar can be said for the others mentioned.
Staffords is about the best above all these.
I'd like to try maybe a smaller independent brand if anyone knows of one.
