I don't understand this on my BER

Can anyone advise what exactly this report is saying in regard to attic insulation? Above the ceiling is insulated (so the floor of the attic). Is this saying to insulate the roof of the attic? My understanding of that is that it's a pointless exercise. Any help appreciated 😀

I take it from that screenshot that it is a room-in-roof scenario. In which case it is just suggesting that the insulation could be improved in the slope,horizontal and knee walls. How you go about this is for you to decide.

It's just a basic attic, no room up there and a trapdoor to access.

Basically there is not enough insulation in the attic.
