    Sand cement is one option.

    I suspect the paints that are being bandied around are $$?

    I can't remember how much I paid for blowerproof paint, but it wasn't off-putting. That said, I was only doing the strip below where the plaster ends on my walls so I only needed one bucket of it.

    Have you done the maths on coverage? It's quite gloopy.

    No, I think I will go sand cement as its the guts of 100 sqm and I have a lad helping me who can passably wield a trowel, so we will scud and a light lick of sand cement plaster.

    Actually looking at it again I might just spray it will santex
