Looking to purchase a 2010 Volvo S40 from them, seems fairly legit with full service history and the lot, but some of their bad reviews are VERY bad and it makes me feel a bit dodge about them. Seems that they’ve only been in business for a few years. Does anyone have any details about them or any experience with them?

It's an almost 14 year old car so I wouldn't expect much in the way of warranty from any dealer selling cars of that age.

Fair enough, from my experience most independent dealers provide at least an engine + gearbox warranty at least. Thank you for your input though, much appreciated

Providing a warranty on paper and honouring it in reality can be two different things though. With a 14 year old car I don't think you can put much faith in comeback with a dealer. Most dealers who sell cars of that age tend to spend very little on them outside of a valet. On a car of that age it's best imo to have a mechanic inspect it first rather than having to rely or hope on the dealer's wiliness to address any issues afterwards.
