Any shed/home office companies that will handle the base / prerequisite work?

I was looking at a few companies like Adman and Steeltech so far - the general idea is that you figure out the concrete base yourself and they'll come along to assemble.

I have a few issues with the location - it's uneven, unpaved, there's 1 tree stump in the middle, 1 actively growing tree along the side of the space, along boundary walls, and there's no rear/side access. Are there companies that will take care of preparation as well as the shed or should I be looking at getting someone separate in to prepare the space and advise on placement etc?
