New Aires on the way.

Here is the plan for a new Aire to be developed in New Ross Co Wexford by Wexford County Council. Work due to get underway shortly and hopefully open for next Summer. Nice to see some positive news, this can only be good for motorhoming and for New Ross.

Sorry about that, this one should get it. The proposed Aire is on the vacant site beside Aldi, there will be access onto the river walk via a pedestrian gate with a coded lock solely for use by motorhomers.

Thanks, I met a Dutch motorhome on that very spot about 15 years ago who was looking for somewhere to park up and pre-app days we could not think of anywhere nearer than Kilmore Quay and nowhere at all with services. It would be a great staging place for anyone long distance travelling to the ferry. Great addition to the town and will be down to stay in due course.
