    as long as they aren't biological brother and sister there wouldn't be a problem off duty, on duty as long as they aren't wearing their caps it shouldn't be a problem either. However it is forbidden for them to hold hands in public or play foostie under the table at burger king.

    They can, but the nurses don't like it. ;)

    Proper answer. I imagine they can. It would likely be slightly more strict than with other employers. An inspector dating a newly-graduated garda under their command would be problematic, but one garda dating another garda based in a different station wouldn't be problematic.
