Low pressure in Daikin heat pump system

I have a Daikin heat pump system in my 4 bed semi d. Radiators in the converted attic weren't heading and I remembered that the probable need bleeding. Lot of air came out. I checked my pressure after the first two and it was around 2.3 bar. I then checked the rest of the house and got some air out of others. It's now down…

I then checked the rest of the house and got some air out of others. It's now down at 1.6 bar.
Is there a set value it should be at?
How do I increase it. I think I was shown once, open some valve for a few seconds I think?
