    Doncaster 11.25 SLEEPING SATELLITE 2pts e/w 11/1 powers and betfair 4 places


    We had a 3 pointer 7/2 on SLEEPING SATELLITE when he last ran, he was given a "not today ride" by Brian Hughes finishing 4th in a class 4 handicap, went off at 11/2, it was his first run back after a 231 day break however when you look at the race and how it has worked out, boy did he have some task on his hands against the horses that finished in front of him that day.


    The winner Park Annonciade stepped up two classes next time out and was a well backed 2 and 1/2L winner. 7/1 into 3/1

    the 2nd has not run yet RUNS IN THE 1.15 AT CHELTENHAM 11/1

    the third Ip Up won a class 4 handicap hurdle by 18L next time out.

    Sleeping Satellite was giving the winner 1LB and the 3rd 3LB, the handicapper has kindly dropped SS 2LB.


    Just looking at a few stats on geegeez


    over the last 9 years trainer Donald McCain has had 153 runners in class 4 two mile handicap hurdles 17 won and 46 placed


    D.McCain/Theo Gillard last 9 years at Doncaster in hurdle races 13 runners..1 winner and 5 places 38.56%
