Vodafone Broadband Compensation

    Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what kind of compensation I would be entitled to. Our broadband hasn't worked for a week and they were supposed to come on Monday and fix it but cancelled after the appointment time. Supposed to come today and once again no show and no word of cancellation. The info I found online regarding competition was from the UK. Does anyone know the situation in Ireland.
