A small trickle of water is coming out of cylinder. It appears to be from cylinder outlet joint (a slim locknut /flange fitting) on the side of the tank, not the compression fitting attached to this. A small trickle of water is coming out of cylinder. It appears to be from cylinder outlet joint (a slim locknut /flange fitting) on the side of the tank, not the compression fitting attached to this.
Is this something common like a washer or seal failing or sign of something else?
Cyinder is Combi cold tank /hot in apartment and is 17yrs old. I would rather not have to replace this.
