The main box is in the living room connected to dish cables.
2nd box in the kitchen area, connected using home plugs / powerline adapters back to the broadband router as WiFi signal wasn't great. This box works perfectly.
The main box has a strange problem whereby programs that are recorded sometimes have no sound on them.
Video but no audio. The picture doesn't seem to be great either, not as sharp as it should be.
Before sky Q we had sky+hd and that sometimes gave trouble because of something wrong with the signal cables from the dish.
I'd guess that this was the same type of problem but I wonder how could it be as the box in the kitchen works well and it gets it's feed from the same cables albeit through / from the main box???
