    I'm in the process of buying a house. Built in 2006 Owner has certificate of compliance. But we are not happy of this sentence. I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT THE WORKS DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE RELEVANT BUILDING REGULATIONS AS THE WORKS WAS CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO THE INTRODUCTION OF THE BUILDING CONTROL ACT . 1990 it is possible get correct certificate of compliance fixed?
